We collect only what we need to print and deliver your order: your name, contact details, delivery address and the artwork or details you send us. We do not sell personal data.

What we hold and why

  • Your order details, so we can print, deliver and account for it.
  • Your artwork and design details, so we can prepare your proof.
  • Your email address, so we can send order updates and proofs.
  • Marketing email only when you have asked for it, and you can stop it any time.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep your basket and your sign in working. Measurement cookies load only if you accept them in the banner, and you can change your mind by clearing your cookies.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@personalisedinvoicebook.co.uk and we will answer within one month.
