Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to order from this site. We aim for WCAG 2.2 level AA, every screen works with a keyboard alone, and automated checks run before each release.
What we do
- Every control has a visible label and a visible focus state.
- Colours meet the AA contrast ratio, and no meaning depends on colour alone.
- Images have text alternatives and forms explain errors in words next to the field.
- Automated accessibility tests run on the home, product, basket, checkout, account and admin pages before every release, and fail the build on serious problems.
Known limits
PDF proofs and invoices are generated documents and may not be fully tagged for screen readers. Ask us and we will send the same information in plain text.
