Proofs and approval
We email a proof before printing. Printing starts once you approve it, and the approved proof is what we print. Please check spelling, numbers and contact details carefully.
Cancellation of personalised goods
Your books are made to your specification and personalised to you. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations the usual 14 day right to cancel does not apply once production has begun. You may cancel free of charge at any point before you approve your proof. This does not affect your rights if the goods are faulty, damaged or not what you approved.
Delivery
Delivery is free within the United Kingdom. Turnaround is shown on each product and runs from proof approval, not from the order date.
Faults and shortages
Tell us within 14 days of delivery if anything is faulty, damaged or short, and we will reprint or refund. Email sales@personalisedinvoicebook.co.uk.
